Shipping policy

At Marglyn Jewels, we carefully pack every order to make sure your jewellery reaches you safely and beautifully.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details via SMS/WhatsApp/email, wherever available.


2. Delivery Time

We currently deliver across India.

  • Metro Cities: Approximately 2–5 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: Approximately 3–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: Delivery may take up to 7–10 business days


Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
  • From time to time, Marglyn Jewels may offer FREE SHIPPING on selected orders, products, or promotional campaigns.
  • Any applicable shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless a free-shipping offer applies.


4. Order Tracking

After your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be shared with you.

You can use the tracking link/details provided by us to check your shipment status.

5. Delayed or Undelivered Orders

If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery period, please contact us with your Order ID.

We will coordinate with the courier partner and assist you in tracking the shipment.

Please make sure that your shipping address and contact number are correct while placing your order.

6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, unavailable recipient, or repeated delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping the order.

7. Damaged Package

Please check your package at the time of delivery.

If the package appears damaged, opened, or tampered with, please take clear photos/videos of the package before opening it and contact Marglyn Jewels as soon as possible.

For damaged or incorrect products, photographic/video evidence may be required to process your request.
