Returns

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Approved returns are issued as Store Credit. A return and reverse logistics fee of Rs. 60 applies per order. For missing or damaged items, please report within 24 hours of delivery.

To Qualify for a Return

  • Return request raised within 7 days of delivery

  • Item unused, unworn, with all original tags attached

  • Original packaging and invoice included

  • Product free from stains, damage, or missing embellishments

Returns Are Not Accepted If:

  • The request is made after the return window

  • The item shows signs of use or damage from misuse

  • Items from a promotional bundle are returned individually

  • Sale items or items purchased using store credit

  • A return is sent without first raising a request with us

Return Process
To start a return, message us on WhatsApp at [number] with your order number, product details, and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24 hours and arrange a pickup.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange replacement damaged items that are eligible for replacement only, not refund.

Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging. An exchange fee of Rs.60 applies. Message us on WhatsApp for exchange requests.

Using Store Credit

  1. Add your items to cart

  2. At checkout, select "Apply Store Credit"

  3. The amount will be deducted from your total
    Store credit does not expire.

Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. For prepaid orders, cancellations before shipping are issued as store credit.
